Refund policy

 

To Exchange:

If you need to exchange for a different size, please send an email to Redneckslivinsalty@gmail.com with your order # and a description of the size you would like to exchange to.

If you make an order and have wrong size, we maybe able to change the size with no need to cancel or refund. 

You will be required to mail product back to us at your cost, Please save your tracking number, confirmation number and or receipt of mailing back to us.  Once the product is received (product must be unused & unwashed in original condition).

How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7-10 days from the purchase date to return it. 

To Return:

1. Email redneckslivinsalty@gmail.com to notify us of the issue. Provide order number, item description, reason for return description. Please allow us to email you back with information for the return, for each order may have different issues. 
   
   
2. Ship your return. 
   

 

Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:

1.Items you are returning

2.Copy of the original order

3.Description of why it is being returned and what you would like done. Example: Refund product, switch to different color, etc...

Credits on Returns:

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 2-3 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. THE AMOUT TO BE REFUNDED WILL ONLY BE PRODUCT PURCHASED. No shipping fees will be refunded. 

CANCELING AND REFUND INFO: you have 2-3 days to cancel an order and request a refund. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your refund, your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Email Redneckslivinsalty@gmail.com to help process the request.
